Atulya Nadheswarar Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the Shiva deity, situated in Arakandanallur, a panchayat town in Viluppuram district in Tamil Nadu, South Indian state. Shiva is worshipped as Atulya Nadheswarar, and the Lingam is represented. His consort Parvati is represented as Ponnazhagi Azhagiyah.

The temple is situated on the south bank of the Pennai River. It is thought that the kings of Pallava established it during the 7th century. Designed atop a rock (Paarai), this temple. This temple brings out the elegance of the rock and the surrounding river.
