  • Shani Shingnapur is the name of a village in Nevasa taluka in Maharashtra Ahmednagar district; the village is known for its famous temple of Lord Shani-Shri Shaneshwar Devasthan Shanishingnapur-the Hindu god associated with planet Saturn.
  • Renuka / Renu or Yellamma or Ekvira or Ellai amman or Ellai amma .Yellamma is the patron goddess of the Maharashtra and the southern Indian states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh , Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Her devotees worship her as "Mother of the Universe" or "Jagadamba."
  • The Ranjangaon Ganpati temple is located in Shirur taluka about 50kms from Pune and is the eighth temple visited by devotees who set out on the divine Ashtavinayak Yatra. Mahaganapati is the most powerful representation of Lord Ganesha.   • Thoothukudi Surrounding:

Thoothukudi is historically known for pearl fishing and shipping, salt processing, and other business related activities. This is a port city in Tamilnadu’s southern zone. This is a natural port, V.O. Chidambaranar controlled the Swadeshi shipping company during the British rule from this location. Thoothukudi is now a busy city with business operations.

The Panimaya Matha Church (Shrine Basilia of Our Lady of Snow) is a popular Portuguese church built in 1711. The church festival is held every year on 5th August in a grand manner that attracts a large number of devotees from all faiths.

Adichanallur is on the road to Tiruchendur, at 20 km from Tirunelveli. This place has a glorious history from an archaeological point of view and is situated on the banks of the Tamirabarani River. It is thought that a civilised dwelling existed here in ancient times. This position is now under the control of the State Department of Archeology at Tamilnadu.

In the 12th and 13th centuries, Kayalpattinam was a popular port near Korkai, 30 km from Thoothukudi and 18 km from Tiruchendur, between Thoothukudi and Tiruchendur. At Bay of Bengal it has a fine beach.

Kayathar, on the way to Madurai, is located about 25 km from Tirunelveli. Kattabomman, one of the first freedom fighters who fought in India against British rule, was hanged there by the British in 1799. To honour the memory of this great freedom fighter, a memorial has been installed here by the Tamilnadu government.

The ancient Pandian port town of Korkai in the Sagam era is situated on the main road from Tiruchendur to thoothukudi. From Tiruchendur, it is 29 km. The Korkai Tank is said to be korkai kulam, 250 acres in extent. An ancient Temple of Vettrivelamman is also located here. This temple is visited by a significant number of visitors.

Thiruchendur is one of South India’s most important pilgrim centres. This Temple is located 40 kms away from Thoothukkudi. The sea-shore temple is dedicated to Lord Muruga and is one of Lord Muruga ‘s six abodes. (Arupadi Veedu).The nine storied 157-foot tier temple tower belongs to the 17th century AD.

Shani Shinganapur is a village in Maharashtra , India, about 35 km from the city of Ahmednagar. As the place of Lord Shani, the god of the planet Saturn (Shani), the village is famous. Best time to visit Shirdi temple:

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are the least crowded days of the week for visiting the Shirdi temple. Crowds normally begin arriving for Thursday on Wednesday night which is considered an auspicious day for devotees of Sai Baba. Weekends seem to be crowded out more than weekdays. The best time for a peaceful darshan on weekdays is from 12 noon to the evening.
