Sai Mandir at Shirdi (Maharashtra, India) is a revered temple of Sai Baba. Devotees from across the world make it a point to visit this temple. The nearest airport is at Pune. This temple complex remains abuzz with people, all through the year. On some of the important occasions, it becomes difficult to find a place in this town. Online booking of Hotel/ Guest House is available for some of the Guest Houses run by the Sai Mandir Trust. Accommodation in these guesthouses is very comfortable and available at very reasonable prices.

I also had a frightening experience here. While coming out of the temple with my wife, we saw some beggars sitting in the courtyard. So we took out some change from our pockets (10 Rs, 20Rs notes) and distributed amongst those sitting. But soon we realized that we have been surrounded by a large number of these beggars. All of them started demanding money. Soon we were left with no change, but those surrounding us won’t let us go. They continued to shout at us. The language barrier was also making things difficult for us. Left with no alternative, I and my wife started running, and we kept running for about 10 minutes. Even during this run, some of them continued to run behind us. Finally, we entered in nearby lanes and thus saved ourselves from this hooliganism.

In order to honor his memory, devotees assemble every day at the Sai Baba Temple complex. Here, besides his tomb, the Samadhi Mandir shrine has an ornate marble statue of Sai Baba. Nearby is Dwarkamai, a mosque that once housed Sai Baba, and the tree-lined Lendi Garden.

A standout amongst other spots on Planet Earth. Enthusiastically suggested for Sai baba bhakti. In the event that baba doesn’t call you, you can’t venture into Shirdi. We have felt the intensity of Sai baba presence in Shirdi sanctuary, its a strongly prescribed spot to Visit. Efficient spot. Additionally, there’s a unique admittance to the sanctuary for senior residents and wheel seat lovers. Section passes are made external Gate 3 and the wheelchairs are given at entryway 1. Also, the passage is from door 3. Directly to Baba sanctuary, with 1 wheelchair enthusiast 1 individual can go in as they don’t give aide. Thursday Palki aarti is an unquestionable requirement must seething at Shirdi. That day baba ji’s Palki begins from Samadhi mandir to Dwarika mai then to Chavdi at that point return back to Samadhi mandir. Lovers sit over the road to get a brief look at Baba Ji palki.
