Step 1: Visit the Official Portal

Go to the official website of the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust: online.sai.org.in.

Step 2: Register or Log In

New Users: Click on “Register”. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Mobile Number. You will receive an OTP to verify your account.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile (Crucial Step)

You cannot book a ticket without a verified profile.

Go to “My Profile”.
Upload your Photograph (ensure your face is clearly visible).
Enter your ID Proof number (e.g., Aadhar Number) and upload a scanned copy/photo of the ID.
Save your profile.

Step 4: Select Darshan Service

Once logged in:

Click on the “Darshan” icon on the dashboard.
Select the Darshan Type. For VIP/Paid entry, usually listed as “Paid Darshan” or “Aarti” if you wish to attend a specific Aarti.
- Standard VIP Darshan Cost: ₹200 per person.
- Kakad Aarti Cost: ₹600 per person.

Step 5: Choose Date and Time

Select your desired Date from the calendar. (Dates are typically open 60 days in advance).
Green slots indicate availability. Select a convenient Time Slot.
Enter the number of devotees (Primary devotee details will be auto-filled from the profile; add details for accompanying members).

Step 6: Make Payment

Review your booking details and proceed to payment. You can pay using UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking.

Step 7: Download Your Sai Pass

Once the payment is successful, your e-Darshan Pass will be generated. Download the PDF and take a printout. You will also need to show this along with your original ID proof at the Shani Gate (Gate No. 2) entry.

Important Rules for 2026

Dress Code: Modest clothing is mandatory. Men should wear trousers/dhoti and shirt/kurta (no shorts). Women should wear saree/salwar kameez (no short skirts or sleeveless tops).
Reporting Time: Report to the gate mentioned on your pass at least 30 minutes before your slot time.
